

Scout Hike 30th January
We met at the car park beside the school since we were so early that the gates weren’t even open. Scout Meeting 29th January
We had an almost full meeting tonight. Two people were missing. Ellie form the Cobra Patrol and Brendan from the Leaders Patrol ; 0 ) Brendan was attending a meeting for the County Campcraft Competition, which we will be entering next year for sure. Patrol Leaders Council
The Patrol Leaders Council is a forum for the scouts to meet with the leaders and discuss how everyone feels the program is going. We had our first meeting tonight. Unfortunately Jessica could not attend. We discussed several items Games and activities at meetings – We had previosly asked the Patrols to give us a list of games and activites that they wanted to do/play at the Thursday Meetings. Scout Meeting 22nd January 2015
We had another great meeting tonight. A few of the scouts were sick and so couldn’t attend, but we had another 2 new girls start with us - Roisin & Caitlin. We have probably reached our max number now at 24. Any more and we might be overloaded!!!! 2015 - Here We Go
So we’re back for a new calendar year of scouting in 2015. We have moved to a new meeting hall/room/venue in Balbriggan Educate Together National School. We have a great plan to start our Pioneering Badge work and run a six week program to get stage 2 covered. We also had 2 new members starting with us tonight.
