We were back on the water again tonight in Skerries. Fiona is away on holidays and Alan had work commitments so it was left to Ciarna and Brendan to run the evening. No Better Men. Scouts on the Water - Part 1
We met at Skerries Yacht/Sailing Club tonight as we were going out on the water to do some kayaking with Outdoor Dublin in order to complete some of our Paddling Adventure Skills badges. Scout Meeting 11th June 2015
We had two new scouts join us for the evening tonight. One is a friend of one of our APLs who is in scouts in Rush and staying with her. The other is a girl who just wanted to join because her friends in school kept telling her how awesome it was. We started with a game of Chairball outside for a bit of Energy Release. First ever Full Section Camp
We met up at the car park beside the school and were off to Larch Hill just after 7pm. We had 11 girls and 5 lads as well as Alan, Brendan, Ciaran, & Fiona. Brendan was the first to arrive at Larch Hill, so he checked us in and found out that we would be in the Taylor field. It was going to be a busy weekend with over 700 staying on Saturday night.
